Blocked dates & times

Anything blocked here is greyed out on the public calendar. A full-day block also refuses the booking form outright, so nobody can request a date that's gone.

Availability requests

Every request from the booking form, with the exact dates and times they asked for. Each slot is re-checked against your blocked list right now, so a date you blocked after they submitted shows as taken. Answer with Available or Not available and we email them — or just hit reply on the email you got, which goes straight to them.

Videos

Upload the clip and we host it. Every video is deleted after 30 days (or whatever you set) — the file too, not just the listing — and the user sees a countdown.

User logins — “My Event”

Create an account and we email them the username and password. The password is generated here and shown to you once — it is never stored in readable form, so if it's lost you delete the account and make a new one.

Packages

Two kinds. Your own — "5 hours and you get X" — appear on the site as cards. Partner packages are co-branded with a venue: add their logo and event, save, and you get a link like /partners/their-event to hand them. They promote it, their guests land on a page with both logos, and book from there. However many are live is however many show — and if none are, the site shows your standing "call for a custom package" message instead of an empty section.

Partnership enquiries

Everything sent through the questionnaire on /partners. It says who they are, the event they have in mind, and how they want to be reached. Reply here and we email them, or just hit the phone number. Once you agree terms, build them a partner package in the Packages tab and send them the link.

Business notes

Your own scratchpad for running the job. None of this appears on the public site. Public pricing lives in the Packages tab.

Email copies

Put a second address here and every email that comes to you — new requests, locked-in bookings — gets copied to it. Handy if you live in a different inbox. Customer-facing emails are never copied.

Your password

Changes the password for Mila. Once you change it here it is stored in the database and replaces the one set with wrangler pages secret put. You can reuse an old password — there is no history check.
